Dr. Aysh Gauba, ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor with a clinical focus in cardio metabolic health, mental health, women’s reproductive health and integrative oncology care. She offers personalized care using botanical medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle counselling to support long-term healing.
Dr. Aysh takes a root-cause approach to health, combining evidence-based natural therapies with compassionate, individualized care.
Dr. Aysh received her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, holds prescribing rights and has been trained to administer facial rejuvenation acupuncture.
She is also currently in the process of obtaining her IV therapy license. She is passionate about helping people understand their health and feel empowered in their healing journey.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Aysh enjoys hiking, reading mystery novels, and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Courtney is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who is passionate about treating patients with long-term health in mind, so that feeling great is achievable and sustainable. She takes a holistic approach to medicine and provides personalized healthcare with a natural focus. Her goal is to is dig deeper to treat the root cause of your concerns rather than the symptoms.
Dr. Courtney has a clinical interest in: hormonal health (including menopause + peri-menopause support, PCOS, PMS symptoms and thyroid health), weight management + functional nutrition, natural fertility + pregnancy support, repairing digestion, and autoimmune conditions.
Dr. Courtney obtained Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. In addition to her medical training, she completed 1,200 hours of clinical training including a 12 month internship at both the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic (RSNC) and the Brampton Civic Hospital. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of Western Ontario obtaining an Hons. Bachelor of Science degree where she focused in genetics, biology and sexuality studies - combining her passion for the biology and reproductive health.
She was selected to be on the competitive Adjunctive Cancer Care shift at the RSNC and in 2016, was awarded the Dr. Richard McCrorie Award for exhibiting the qualities of compassion and integrity in patient care.
Dr. Courtney also has additional training in Pelvic Floor Therapy, Prenatal Heath, Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, and Integrative Fertility Methods.
Outside of clinical practice, you can find her running the trails (with her dog, Finley), on the patio at a new restaurant or in the kitchen trying out new recipes.
